Cancellation Policy
At Cakes Heaven, we aim to help our customers as much as we possibly can, so we have a flexible cancellation policy. Here are the main points:
- Cancellations are allowed if requested at least 24 hours prior to delivery. However, cancellations are not allowed once the production or shipping process has started.
- Orders that are in the Same Day Delivery category cannot be canceled.
- No product bought during special offers or occasions such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day, etc is cancelled, as they are time-bound offers.
- Cancellation is not accepted for perishable goods. However, if the quality of products appears unsatisfactory for consumption, refund or replacement may be effected.
- If you believe the product is not what you expected, please let our staff or delivery person know when you receive it. Our Customer Service Team will assess your complaint and take appropriate measures.
Returns & Refund Policy
- On delivery time if you find a defective product or quality issues from the product then we will change the product or refund the money, please inform us within 3 hours of receiving the product and send a sample within 24 hours to be tested. We will test the sample and get back at you within 2 days.
- General returns refunds are not accepted.
- The company will process the refund, and all details will come via email if your order hasn't been delivered.
- Once processed the refund may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
For a refund due to product quality issues, a sample must be provided for investigation purposes within 1 day after the delivery.
